- Navigate to “My Orders.“
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click “Cancel Order” and confirm your cancellation.
Eligibility: Orders can be cancelled online before they are processed for shipping.
2. Contact Customer Service
Steps:

- Provide your order number and request cancellation.
Our customer service team will assist you with the cancellation process.
Availability: Orders can be cancelled through customer service up until the time of shipment.
