the good stuff: Our home warranty graciously purchased this for us when our old 30 y/o spacesaver died. It's almost as large as a "normal" dryer, looks sturdy and gets the job done. It's quiet enough that it's not that noticeable when it runs. the not so good stuff: it has four wheels set at the bottom. only the front two wheels rotate. It's a pain to try to turn this thing if you intend on moving it around (i do because we live in a condo and space is limited). it suddenly stopped working two days ago. It'll buzz when we press the start button. I believe this is a fluke and doesn't reflect on the whole product line.

Nice small dryer, fits the tiny space I have. I like the ability to open the panel on the side to vent on its left side. I did not use the 4 included caster wheels because of the fixed metal vent we installed. I would love for some adjustable feet to be included to raise up the dryer because I have to kneel on the floor to unload the dryer. Emptying the lint screen is tricky because if you dont push screen back really really gently, it pops off the plastic part that holds the screen on and exposes very sharp metal edges of the door interior. Maybe I'll glue that holder in place? Not sure yet.

I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND SPACE IS OFCOURSE SMALL. PLUS THE HOOK UPS FOR WASHER DRYER IN OUR COMPLEX USES ONLY 110VOLT OUTLETS. SO IT WAS HARD TO FIND APPLIANCES THAT ARE WITHIN THE SPECIFICATIONS. MIND YOU THE SPACE COULD ONLY FIT 26 INCHES WIDTH..TIGHT!! AND WE ARE IN CALIFORNIA, NOT EUROPE. HOLA!! I FOUND THIS APPLIANCE ONLINE AND BETHA BY GOLLY WOW- YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!! MY LIFE IS EASIER NOW. NO MORE TRIPS TO THE LAUNDRYMAT. MY CLOTHES ARE DRY AND CLEAN. THIS DRYER IS QUIET. IT MAY SEEM SMALL BUT CAN DRY A MEDIUM TO LARGE LOAD. THIS IS MY MIRACLE WORKER!! THANKS GE.

DRYER IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED .. THE HEIGHT IS UP TO CABINET.. AND IT HAS A REGULAR CORD THAT COMES WITH IT ..SO NO NEED TO UPGRADE TO THE NEW CORD...THANK GOODNESS GE STILL THINKS ABOUT PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN HOUSING APARMENTS THAT ARE MADE BEFORE 1996 .. THIS WAY WE GET TO ENJOY YOUR GREAT APPLIANCES TOO. Got this dryer since it is the mate to the compact GE washer I got earlier this year. Love that washer, but am a bit underwhelmed by the dryer. It cannot handle the same size load that the washer can. I have to split each load in two in order to get the clothes dried in a timely manner. I do like the placement of the lint filter. It is much easier to clean than the lint filter on my old dryer. The placement of the controls is convenient and easy to operate. Also like that the dryer door closes very securely. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase

I’ve only had my dryer for about a month and I love it! The inside is larger than I thought and it drys fast, I also like that the lint catcher is on the door, like a regular size dryer and easy to clean after each use. When it’s delivered please make sure if you’re not mounting it have them put on the wheels-it should not be on the floor without the wheels, and it makes it so easy to move when needed to clean behind and underneath. Make sure they test it before they leave to ensure it’s not making any loud noises when tumbling.

Though this dryer was the right size for our smaller space I have been disappointed in it for these reasons. Within the first 2 months the lint door came off from simply closing the door. In trying to thread it back onto the plastic tracks I sliced the heck out of my finger. Poor design!! Now, just over a year later and BEYOND THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY, it is loudly squeaking like it needs a new belt! One year!!! I live in my home 1/2 time so this has had very light residential use. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Brought this dryer a month ago the first one arrived damaged and wasn't working properly and I had to wait another two weeks for the reordered second one. I couldn't be happier, heck my daughter's couldn't be happier. No more laundromat for us. Woohoo!!! It is a compact dryer it works on a regular outlet so of course it takes a bit longer to dry than a regular sized dryer to dry clothes, however if you sort your clothes properly and use the correct dryer setting. You can't go wrong. Quiet and efficient. Thanks GE.
