[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No one can believe this oven and that includes me, this oven looks amazing and it syncs with my phone and tells me when the food is done. I have not had such a seamless experience with a product like this before. I really like how it includes a built in thermometer and this takes the guess work out of knowing if I cooked the food to the right temperature. I can't wait to put this oven through the paces on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I enjoy using the oven and I am able to cook multiple things at once. I like the divider it gives me the option to cook two separate meals because if you know kids they never all want the same thing.

Major Repair w/in 18 months

We bought this oven (or last year's version of it) in 2017. Two weeks ago we received an error message after cooking indicating there was a problem w/ the cooling motor? Almost $600 later our oven is fixed and nothing is covered by the warranty. How does a cooling motor break after 18 months of moderate use?? You'd think you buy a $2000+ oven and you'd get a certain level of quality but obviously not. I spent over $10,000 on Samsung appliances when we redid our kitchen last year...so far the dishwasher door had to be replaced and now this issue w/ the oven. Your customers deserve better Samsung.

Some of the worst software ever made

it's so slow pressing things - can be seconds from you turn the light on before it responds. in the meantime you press again thinking you missed the button only to now turn it off again. the temperature knob makes no sense and too slow even compared to the sloooow touch screen. i've never seen a software update, so that's very samsung to not update their software like everything else they make. device frequently auto-reboots too, and a few times i had to turn it off on the breaker to get it to come back on. notifications are rather useless - for instance won't notify you when the timer goes off etc.

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy our new Samsung Flex Duo oven. I'm pretty basic when it comes to cooking which makes this oven perfect for me. It looks nice and it's easy to operate. You select your setting wait for it to heat up and pop your food in. It cooks evenly and quickly. The Flex Duo offers a dehydration feature, which I have not heard of an oven offering. I am a big fan of beef jerky. Now that I have an appliance with a dehydration feature, I can start to save some money. The only downside to the oven that I've noticed is that the temperature probe does not work with all settings on the oven.

Good features with decent performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this earlier this year to replace aging oven. We used it for about 4 months now. Overall it is a nice oven: has high end design and features with very nice touch interface. Quality of the material appears to be good given the price. Flex Duo is a good idea but only limitation is the size of the food you can fit in the lower or upper half of the oven. It would have been nice if they can allow some adjustments. As far as cooking, oven heats up quickly and works pretty good. However, we still notice temperature is not uniform inside the oven where top shelf gets hotter than the bottom. Can use some improvements including an option to leave the clock screen on even when oven is turned off. Overall decent oven.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A Very Smart Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how pretty my new Samsung 30” Flex Duo Single Wall Oven in Stainless Steel looks in my kitchen. I opened the oven and it was a beautiful blue color inside. It has digital display that allows you to cook with the recipes already down-loaded into the oven or create your own masterpiece. The convection oven allows you to cook your food quickly. The Flex Duo Technology allows you to cook an entree on the top at one temperature and another on the bottom at a different temperature. No more waiting for one entree to finish to start another. The Wi-Fi allows the oven to connect to Smart Things so you never forget you are cooking and it allows you to know when your entree has finished cooking. My family enjoys cooking with this oven.

Have not had an opportunity to use the steam function - plan bread baking this year to try. I don't use the smart cook options since I usually know what I need. Pros: ability to split into two ovens for different temperatures; like convection function; stainless finish easy to keep clean; racks are sturdy with flexible options; lock is helpful Cons: seems to take a long time to heat to desired temperature; because this is located below my cooktop, the temperature and time selections can be a bit difficult - would not be a problem at waist height or higher; takes a while to cool down after use; there is already dirt between the glass in the door - not readily visible but I know it's there

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great oven with a lot of features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen remodel included a new oven. We purchased this oven because of the 2 level cooking function and being able to use the top level for convection cooking. Other double ovens we considered did not allow for convection cooking in the top. I have cooked several dishes since installation and I am very satisfied with it. Child lock on the display is easy to activate/deactivate. The display turns off after a few minutes, but is very easy to activate to see the clock or set the cooking parameters.
