[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a very specific size fridge, no more than 28 wide and no more than 64 high. It's hard to find a stainless steel fridge that fits these dimensions. I was so lucky to have found this one. It's perfect size at 14.3 cu ft. I have so much space both in the fridge and freezer. Only thing I wish was more useful space on the door. The top shelf and second cannot fit any regular sized condiments, so I have everything stuffed on my bottom shelf with the exception of two small jars that do fit on those shelves. Everything else is perfect and I love that the fridge is monochrome. I would definitely get another Whirlpool appliance. Longstanding trusted name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased Whirlpool products exclusively for decades. We get uninterrupted service for 20+ years per appliance. Our existing side-by-side refrigerator in the kitchen is 15 years old with no problems but I wanted a smaller unit as a backup. This top freezer model is perfect for us. It really has a lot more capacity than I would ever have expected in a smaller fridge like this one. It's very quiet, energy star, frost-free, great shelving flexibility and has 4 wheels instead of 2 like on many other models. Very easy to move around and level as needed. It is also only 28" wide and one of the few units that will go through a 29-1/2" door opening.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought it we placed it in a shed on an extension cord. It would not keep a good freezing temperature in the freezer, and then we read the instructions; they stated that not to put it on an extension cord. So we move the refrigerator into the house into the spare bedroom, put it in a direct plug-in but I’m still struggling to try and get the freezer temperature below zero. It is down to 2 or 3 degrees above zero but not zero. I guess I will just keep my vegetables and bread in that freezer and no meat. Put my meat in the refrigerator in the kitchen. little disappointed! We will need to get an electrician in to put power in our shed and hope for the best.

I received this fridge through the Edison energy program. I was very happy and satisfied with it until recently when the freezer stopped working. I have had for 5 years so no longer under warranty. I wish I read these review earlier then I would have purchased extended warrants on it if I could. Most reviews talk about the freezer being an issue. Costing way too much to repair. Every time I call whirpool for help I'm on over a 1 hr hold and never get through to anyone. I have lost all hope and don't know what to do . I can't afford a new fridge right now :( HELP!

I bought this in July 2022. Almost a year ago and it is just as noisy today as when I first bought. They say it is the sound of the processes that the fridge goes through but I have had several fridges in my life time and they were not noisy like this one. Maybe it is the design, the freezer does not have a door. The freezer is much bigger than other fridges this size but does not have shelves. The other part of the fridge holds much more than what you think it would. You have to make the fridge colder than normal otherwise your milk will go sour.

Due to COVID-19 it seems that my large refrigerator and freezer does not have the storage capacity needed so I looked at freezers, but they are all on backorder until the end of the summer. My friend suggested using a refrigerator with a good size freezer. The whirlpool fit the bill as I did not want to spend that much on it. It has met my need with the exception of the freezer. For some reason the ice-cream is not freezing even though I have it at the highest level.

Bought this a couple weekends ago to replace the old fridge in our rental suite. For what we needed it was perfect. The size was just right for the space, albeit just barely fitting down the stairs to the basement (no one's fault though, the stairs just aren't very wide).Our tenants haven't complained about it yet, and they really enjoy the additional shelving that their old fridge didn't have.Biggest reason we bought it though was the fact that the retailer had it in stock for us to take away right away. We didn't have to wait for delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is attractive, quiet and holds constant temperature. However, the drawers are very flimsy, feel cheap, are difficult to slide without getting crooked and jamming. They feel like they will crack and break at any time. This unit was the only one available that would fit in my available space and was Energy Star rated. My previous unit (a Frigidaire) lasted 26 years. The installers told me this one wouldn't last anywhere near that long. Not an enthusiastic vote of confidence from people selling your product.
