Viking Expands Its Color Palette
Viking is an American dream that is all about self-expression, colorful passions, and adventurous tastes. Viking curated 18 new colors for its ranges as the 2024 color palette, which is full of vibrant hues, quiet luxury, and bold individualism. Viking ranges are iconic for their stainless-steel finish and Viking’s designer curated a new palette of rich hues and refined style to add vibrancy to the ranges.
The purpose of the latest color palette is to reflect the client’s unique personality and to emphasize bold individualism. People often choose matte black finishes or stainless-steel finishes for a modern kitchen look but now you can add vibrancy to your kitchen by choosing one of the unique colors that reflects your personality and lifestyle. The new hues are designed to meet diverse tastes and preferences and therefore, it is the versatile palette for every project.
The new color palette features Blush, Antique Bronze, Cast Black, Daffodil, Damascus Gray, Eucalyptus, Golden Hour, Ivy, Martini, Nantucket, November Sky, Onyx, Pure White, Slate Blue, Spiced Cider, Splash, Squall, and Valentine. Shades like Squall and Nantucket embody timeless East Coast elegance, offering sophistication without excess. New finishes such as Valentine and Blush will make your kitchen look like a Barbie dream house. Soft, classic tones like Antique Bronze and Eucalyptus will elevate your space into a refined haven that feels both warm and graceful. For a burst of vibrant energy, bold accents in Slate Blue or Daffodil make a lively statement. And since minimalist designs are rooted in neutrals, you will also find neutral colors like Cast Black and Pure White to ground the look.
Hues such as November Sky, Antique Bronze, Golden Hour, and Martini illustrate the darker mood and struggles of American individualism during the Revolutionary War. American individualism is all about personal freedom, self-expression, and autonomy since Americans embodied this philosophy during the Revolutionary War to demand individual rights. The Magna Carta in 1215 was the beginning of their struggle and desire for individualism. Hues in blue represent the ideals of liberty, freedom, and the unity of the American colonists because blue is often associated with the American Revolution through the blue uniforms of the Continental Army and the American flag. The deep brown and earthy tones evoke the ruggedness and hardship of the colonists’ struggle as many battles were fought in harsh conditions to achieve freedom and autonomy. These tones symbolize the resilience and endurance of Americans during the Revolutionary War. This palette reflects the philosophy of American individualism and self-expression.
