Without any grates, the black ceramic glass cooking surface is easy to clean. Just wipe down on the smooth top after you are done cooking or apply soap to makes it easier for yourself.
Bridge Zone
A dedicated bridge element, which allows one to combine both induction zones into one large zone for use with specialty cookware or an induction-capable griddle.
Residual Heat Sensor
Tells the user that the glass is at a dangerously high heat in case of contract with the whole area over the cooking zone.
