1. What is the tray load capacity and load capacity of the entire kettybot ?

10 kg for every tray, the whole robot 30 kg.

2. Can the robot also be charged with the kettybot key switch in OFF position?

Yes, the key switch only controls the discharge port, charging is a different circuit.

3. How many function mode does the Kettybot have?

Currently, there are 9 function modes: Guiding, Birthday, Customer attraction, General delivery, Delivery, Advertising, Cruise, Dish-return, Table services.

4. Why isn’t there a customer attraction mode after the Kettybot builds a map?

Customer attraction mode needs greeting points, please check if you have added the greeting point.

5. Why does the cruise stay points not work for kettybot in the installer? Is there a solution?

Currently the cruise stay point in the installer does not work for Kettybot, however the advertising and marketing feature has a similar function.

(Advertising can be set to cruise stay points, you can set how long to stay on each point, as for different points can also be configured to correspond to the large screen advertising)

6. What is the difference between the Kettybot “General Delivery” function and “Delivery” function?

General delivery is for restaurant delivery, Delivery for non-restaurant scenarios.

7. What is the guiding mode limit of Kettybot Ad Marketing?

Unlimited points, up to 10 routes.

8. If the advertisement time is longer than the point docking time, how long will the advertisement be played?

If the advertisement duration is longer than the set docking duration, it will be according to the advertisement duration; if it is shorter, it will be according to the set docking duration.

9. Can the Kettybot play a content at point A, and play a different content at point B when cruising?

Client management platform to set the advertising content for different points. On the robot interface to choose advertising and marketing functions.

10. Will the Kettybot still go to the pickup point when it is fully charged?

Without turning on deep charging function, the Kettybot will not go to the pickup point when fully charged and will stop in front of the charging pile; with deep charging turned on, the Kettybot will not automatically leave the charging pile.

11. What is the algorithm logic of recharging Kettybot when the power is below 10%?

• Cruise mode: after the battery power is lower than 10%, detect whether there is a charging pile, if there is, go to it, no charging pile, automatically return to the return point.
• Dish-return mode: after the power is lower than 10%, the robot will go to the Dish-return point, and then detects whether there is a charging pile, if there is, then go to it, no charging pile, stay in the same place.
• In other modes: after the battery power is lower than 10%, complete the current work order, detect whether there is a charging pile, if there is, go to it, no charging pile, automatically return to the return point.
• Robot homepage: when the s battery level falls below 10%, it stays directly in place and pops up a low battery alert.
• When the charging pile and return point are not available, during the movement, the power is less than 10%, the robot would stop, pop up the countdown pop-up window, stay in place after the countdown is completed.

12. Is there a limit to the number of “Product Navigation” spots in the Merchant Management Platform?

There is no limit on the number of “product navigation” points in the Kettybot, the name can only include 50 letters at most.

13. There are multiple Kettybot and multiple charging piles in the same scenario, how do you match each bot per charger?

You can use “Settings → Map Settings → Select charging pile” to match the robot and charging pile one by one.

14. How many products can be uploaded on the Merchant Management Platform for Store Product Management?

Kettybot’s capacity for product uploading is 1GB. For products without pictures, you can upload about 10k to 20k; for products with pictures, probably 1k to 2k.

15. What is the limit of the total amount of advertising material?

Support up to 10 screen ads, if more than 10 kinds of material, it is recommended to use video editing software to integrate the material and convert it to mp4 format, then upload, the limit is 300 MB.

16. Is there a limit on the playback time of images and video? What is the upper limit?

Image: there is a limit, up to 60s can be set.

Video: The playback length is according to its own video length, and the limit refers to the total storage capacity.

17. How many ways are there to upload Ad material?

18. In addition to large screen ads that can be customized, can the small screens ads be customized? Are there any specific restrictions?
